About Rangoli Making is a traditional decorative art practice that focuses on symmetry, composition, colour harmony and pattern development. It combines artistic creativity with cultural expression and is widely appreciated for festive, decorative and ceremonial applications.
In this Rangoli Making Workshop, participants will learn design planning, freehand layout, pattern construction, colour balance, border creation and finishing techniques. They will explore floral, geometric, traditional and contemporary rangoli styles while learning to work with coloured powders, flowers and other decorative materials. The workshop also introduces methods for creating clean, balanced and visually appealing rangoli compositions.
