About Gift Box Making is a decorative paper craft practice that combines construction, presentation and handmade design. By using materials such as handmade paper, pastel sheets, texture sheets and embellishments, participants can create customised gift boxes that are visually appealing and suitable for a variety of occasions.
In this Gift Box Making Workshop, participants will be introduced to paper measurement, folding structure, cutting methods, box assembly, surface decoration and finishing techniques. They will learn how to develop different box forms and enhance them through colour selection, texture coordination and decorative detailing. The session may also include creative presentation ideas using ribbons, tags, beads, lace and other embellishments.
