About the Course
Warli painting is an ancient Maharashtrian folk art form. On festive occasions, to seek God’s blessings, the tribal decorate the walls of their houses. It’s done on a surface painted with gheru giving it a reddish brown colour. The figures are done using a rice powder or white paint.
